Levitt Properties owns and manages approximately 2 million square feet of commercial real estate located throughout the US on behalf of the Levitt family and the Levitt Family Foundation. The portfolio is the culmination of the success of its founder, Mortimer Levitt (1907-2005).

The profitability and investment income generated by the portfolio help to provide funds for new investments, as well as fund the philanthropic goals of the Foundation.

Levitt Properties maintains a real estate investment committee composed of Kathy Eberly Ovitt (President & CEO), John McNamara (COO & Managing Director - Acquisitions & Portfolio Mgmt.), and Larry Chaifetz (attorney).
